I run an independent locksmiths business operating in the N/Wales and Chester areas. As I am sure every locksmith will tell you SOMETIMES ALL THE WORK COMES IN ALL AT ONCE!

This is where this idea of a new way of working comes from:

I am looking for other independent locksmiths in the same area who are trustworthy, competent and reliable. I can then pass extra work onto so the customer always gets the assistance they require when they require it.

I have invested heavily in advertising in this area and now need to improve my service with your help.

This way of working is not a sub contract company that takes a 50 to 60% cut of the total job price, (which means the customer has to be over charged for parts to cover the contractors cut), as you may have dealt with in the past. Then you don't get paid for 3 months!

This way you work to a pre arrange price structure dependant on the time of day and day of week. You bill the customer, you take and keep the payment, and you keep all the mark up on parts supplied. Then when the cheque has cleared, you pay an introduction fee to cover the advertising costs and call centre charges. This could be reciprocal if you have to much work to handle you could run it through the call centre and receive a payment for the introduction.
